Robot vacuum is not cleaning selected rooms although they have been mapped?

One thing we have done for areas that are mapped but the vacuum avoids is to use the remote control function to maneuver it into those spaces. I hope this helps!
Hi there! Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

Make sure the robot is powered on and the indicator light is functioning normally.
Clean the infrared sensors and cliff sensors with an alcohol wipe, as dust buildup may affect navigation. Also check whether the LiDAR turret rotates freely and gently press the bumper to ensure it rebounds normally.
Inspect the drive wheels and main brush for any hair, cables, or debris that may be causing blockage.
Restart or reset the robot, then try cleaning again.
