Can’t get the boundaries to change. It reads my thresholds as no go zones! I paid a lot of money to not have to pick up a vacuum and mop… now what do I do?

Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like the robot may have identified the area as an impassable threshold. Please check the height of the threshold and try manually removing the restriction in the app. If the threshold is relatively high, using a threshold ramp may help the robot cross it more easily.
