X50 Ultra

My X50 Ultra has started to get lost and starts adding erroneous rooms. Is there a way to turn off the auto map updating feature?

To resolve the issue of lost positioning and incorrect room division, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
Wipe the robot’s edge sensors with a dry clean cloth to remove dust and dirt.

-Check your saved map, tidy up messy wires and reflective mirrors, and set restricted zones for confusing areas.
-Rebuild the map in the Dreame App if abnormal mapping persists.

I have experienced the same problem with myX50 Ultra.  I set up a map.  It cleaned the mapped area (great!).  Then it noticed a room that wasn't on its map and auto-mapped it, which is not what I wanted.  I contacted tech support and they have escalated it to find out how to turn off the auto-map feature.  In the meantime, I added multiple virtual walls so it doesn't go into the rooms that I don't want it to clean.
