F1500756 not moving

The system announces it is starting cleaning but it does not move from home.  The light on the tank is slow flashing. Any insight on how to resolve?

Does the remote control feature work?

Sorry for the trouble your robot has brought you. Please first confirm the robot is powered on normally, then try these steps:
1. Clean infrared and cliff sensors with alcohol wipes, check LiDAR and collision bumper for jams.
2. Remove tangled hair or wires from drive wheels and main brush.
3. Restart and reset the robot before running a cleaning task again.
