Unboxed today, connected to WiFi and connected the device to the app. I docked the cleaner but it won’t charge/turn back on (it has enough battery to be on for about 5 minutes when I initially unboxed it). It’s been docked for hours and the app just has a “device offline” status and says the battery is dead. How long does it need to dock to turn back on after a dead battery?
