Will not traverse baby gates/ firmware update

We actually have a L50 ultra.
Robot gets stuck and sometimes hides in a corner when we tried to get it to go over a baby gate ~ 1.5 inches tall. It slides on the ceramic tile.
I have read that there is a firmware update but our robot is running during the time frame it is supposed to update. How to manually update to check this?

In my app, I click on Settings. The firmware update function is at the bottom of the page.

1. Your 1.5-inch baby gate exceeds the robot's maximum 2cm obstacle-crossing height. You can use a ramp or set a virtual wall to resolve the stuck issue, and please keep the wheels clean for better obstacle-crossing performance.
2. You can add virtual sliding rails in the Dreame App to reduce slipping on ceramic floors. Besides, please set no-go zones under steel tube chairs if their bottom clearance from the floor is around 2cm, otherwise the robot may tilt and get trapped with one wheel suspended in the air.
3. Place your robot on the charging dock with at least 15% battery and stable Wi-Fi, then manually check for and install firmware updates in the Settings page of the Dreame App.
