Dreame D30 Ultra CE

Purchased the Dreame D30 Ultra during Prime Day! Actually I purchased the day before and it went down by $50 and Amazon credited me back.
It mapped yesterday, it took awhile, I actually thought it got lost while we were gone, but it came rolling out of the furthest point in our upstairs. For reference, we have abt 4000 sq ft on our top floor so the fact it made it through the whole upstairs is pretty impressive! I have a Roomba that’s abt 12 years old and it never could map or do the entire upstairs. We have three big dogs and I am sick of vacuuming and using the Norwex mop every other day!
It did its first clean today! I broke it up to do half the upstairs M,W,F and the other half T,Th, Sat. It was mostly through its clean when I got home from an appt today. I made a few adjustments for dog areas to get extra cleaning but that’s abt it! The picture is of it charging before it finishes its first clean! My husband always hated the Roomba because it was so dang loud! You can barely hear the dreame!
I am amazed by this thing!

I have a dream D 20. Worked well for about 60 days.
Now the 2 lights on the top just flash on and off. I have tryed to reset it but it won't. Contacted the help line but got no help. Anyone have any ideas.
