[D30 Ultra CE] Mop pads falling off warning

The vacuum keeps saying the mop pads have fallen off, but they are clearly still on. I. Reset the vacuum, cleans the sensors, switched out the mop pads, but nothing seems to work. Help!

Had the same issue with my X40 Ultra. Letting the machine "rest" for a day (!) helped for a while, but I eventually emailed support who had me send it in for repairs, which took about ten days. All better now.

Sorry for this annoying false alert on your L40 Ultra! Try these steps first:
1. Take the robot off the dock, remove the mop pad holder, then power the robot off and restart it.
2. Let the robot finish rebooting completely.
3. Reattach the mop pad holder securely once it’s back to normal.
If the problem still exists after these steps, please contact our official support via live chat in the Dreame App or email support.na@dreame.tech to arrange after-sales repair service.
