No detergent dispensed in over a year

The detergent cartridge has never dispensed since the day I purchased the X40 Ultra. The auto-add feature has always been enabled, but the detergent level has never decreased.

How did you enable the Automatic solution?

I am also curious how to enable it to use the wash detergent

Hi, sorry the auto detergent hasn’t worked on your X40 Ultra. Please try these steps:
1. Make sure auto detergent is turned on in the App.
2. Reinstall the detergent cartridge firmly, then run a mop wash cycle.
3. Shake the wastewater tank after washing — foam means detergent dispenses normally.
