Main brush may be tangled

I keep getting the error that the main brush may be tangled. I’ve removed it and cleaned the bearings and there’s nothing tangled. What else should I check? Do I need to get a new main brush?

Thanks for checking the main brush and bearings already. Since there's no blockage, please make sure the main brush is fully seated in its slot and the main brush cover is securely snapped into place on both sides. If the cover isn't completely locked, the robot may incorrectly detect a main brush issue.
