[X60 Ultra] Wheels suspended error

Reading Mode

My unit gets stuck in the middle of cleaning and gives me an error saying that wheels are suspended. Sometimes it says the vacuum is stuck but there are no obstructions. It remains in place and continues to run the vacuum rolls. Resetting the unit sometimes works but the issue recurs regularly. Is this a defective unit?
