Auto empty failure

No contents are actually sucked out of the robot — it just continues to pack into the robot’s bin.  It used to empty and certainly makes a racket in doing so but I have to manually clean out the bin in the robot every time.   It also leaves chucks of pet hair on the ground. No other robot I’ve had has ever done that.

So question is since I’m stuck with this thing, how do I turn up the power to actually empty the robot bin.  I already have the empty frequency set to highest.  

I’m frustrated with this robot’s under performance.

I’m having g the same problem. Any suggestions?

Me 4 my issue is it’s rolling up pet hair and trapping it infront of the box inside the machine once trapped it start to make rolls up hair balls depositing them around the house.  Once in dock it’s unable to suck that blockage out
