Major Issues

I have had this vacuum for 4 months. It worked GREAT the first 2 months. And then things started going wrong one after the other. It wouldn’t avoid objects and would get stuck. It started getting tangled in all my area rugs. And now it’s useless. It wouldn’t connect multiple times and I’ve had to delete it and re-add it and now it won’t go out of the room it’s docked in. I deleted the map and remapped, it won’t even map the rest of my house.
