Will not auto empty

I cleaned the bin, i made sure the unit itself was not clogged. I made sure all the parts on the dust bin were working. I put in a new bag. It just simply wont empty.

Mine hasn’t emptied since I got it. So frustrated

Get someone who vapes to blow vape at the dock and see if it sucks anything in, if it doesn't RMA

same issue seems to happen often
