My Dreame repeatedly goes offline

I can't get my dreame robot vacuum to dock or map out my house correctly. I've tried cleaning the lens as stated and it just keeps running into everything.

Dirt never empties

I just received my new Dreame X60 max ultra. It will not connect to my wifi. What do I do???

My D30 keeps saying the clean laser sensor. I have cleaned all the sensors and wiped every thing off. It still throws up the error message

Dreame tech has horrible support to help or actually fix your problems they will respond and you can respond back fast then nothing for weeks as you have a broken machine that is collecting dust

Why is the support link buried 3 layers deep. I found it by accident.

I changed the filter and did a maintenance clean of my Dreamehome mop and I’ve noticed it’s quieter ever since. The motor sounds quieter like there’s weaker suction
