2nd Floor Mopping

I am looking for guidance on the proper way to have my machine mop areas on the second floor. I have a first floor map and a second floor map, the base unit for the machine is on the first floor. What are the best practices to get the machine to fill with water before I have to pick it up and take it upstairs to do it’s mopping?
