Will not charge

First, I spent 2 days trying to connect to wifi. Finally had to factory reset the robot. Of course, that wiped all my maps out so it had to remap. When it was done it said it needed to charge. It was at 38%. A few hours later I noticed it atill hadn't started cleaning.  I looked and it was at 17%. I adjusted it on the charger and cleaned the sensors. A few hours later 3%! Now, it is dead. I have moved the station to a different outlet and still nothing. Any advice? Or is it dead after only 6 months?

I can't get mine connected to the internet.  The app has it on the app but it never completes connection.  I don't see a place to map

Presumably, you've tried swapping out the power cord.
