Empty water tank

I just bought the Dreame D30 Ultra. I tried to use it but it is saying empty or insert the water tank.  They both are in and it still is not reading them.  Any suggestions?  I still have to mop by hand and this sucks.

Can you post a screenshot of the exact error message it is giving you? Is it only one tank, or both?
My first thought is to check the float in the clean water tank. Sometimes they get stuck at the bottom during shipping. You can give the tank a gentle shake or manually free the float so it moves freely up and down when water is added.
