Side brush error

I've been having a side brush error. There is nothing tangled. Ive reset the device and it worked for an hour but then stopped again. Reset for a second time and now it still won't work. I emailed customer service and received no response. The vacuum is useless right now. How can i fix this?

I keep getting main brush error please clean it. But there is nothing tangled. Why?
