The soap in my dispenser has been at the same level for many cleans. I’ve had to fill the clean water and empty a lot of dirty water, but the soap level remains the same. How do I get it to clean with soap?

Only a small amount is used for each cleaning, so sometimes it takes a while to notice any detergent being used. It automatically dispenses roughly 1 to 2 ml of solution during the mop-washing cycle.

The module injects the soap directly into the water while the dock washes the mop pads.

One way you can be sure that detergent is being used is to swish the dirty water tank and see if the eater gets soapy/bubbly.

Also make sure that you have the setting turned on to use detergent.
