Can’t lock into base

I’ve performed all the troubleshooting including moving the base-it makes multiple attempts to connect, but can’t click into charging station.  I just received it today.  I have to manually place in charging station after multiple unsuccessful attempts by the machine to auto connect

Did you remove the sticker of the front of the robot?
