D10 plus gen 2

Unit is on but will not do anything. I tried a hard reset and nothing is changing. Also tried to hold the power button and nothing happens both power and dock buttons stay lit up. Please help!

It seems the machine may have gotten stuck. A simple restart might help — or you can let it run out of battery completely, then charge it and turn it back on. If the issue continues after that, we'd recommend sending it in for repair so our team can take a closer look.
