Auto dispenser

My L10 gen 2 does not ever use the cleaning solution. The auto dispenser is not working. It is full and pushed in all the way. Any suggestions?

I received mine today and it’s crap. Not even worth 1 star. Came with 20% battery life. Took over 45 minutes to map and couldn’t complete mapping as battery ran out. Won’t even go back to base station to charge. Very disappointed. This is my first time purchasing a robot of any sort.

We're you expecting the battery to be charged when you received it? If so, you have an expectation problem, not a robo-vac problem. Lithium Ion batteries don't like to be kept at full charge for a long time. This shortens their life. So getting it at 20% is a good thing. Just charge it first, as the instructions tell you, and you'd be just fine.
