Very disappointed

I received mine today and it’s crap. Not even worth 1 star. Came with 20% battery life. Took over 45 minutes to map and couldn’t complete mapping as battery ran out. Won’t even go back to base station to charge. Very disappointed. This is my first time purchasing a robot of any sort.

Ok I think I see what's going on first of all how do u expect it to come fully charged that could damage the battery also ur supposed to fully charge the robot first it will have issue going to base when low battery its just common sense  give it a chance instead of using dirty words and grow up im 13 and im telling u this how sad

I had the same issue on the first time using it. Took 20  mins to map and ran out pf battery, making weird noise.
I gave it another chance after full charge, unplugged the brush and plugged back.
It mapped under 5 mins, noise was fixed.
Now it works as expected.

I just plugged my brand new one in as well, and I’m currently waiting for the battery to fully charge before mapping as the instructions clearly state you should do. Maybe unplug, fully charge, and try again (and take a peek at the enclosed instructions).
