I cannot get my fan to reconnect to the app. For a while it did very well and is now asking for a hotspot that is not my regular Wi-Fi.

How do I reboot my robot vacuum cleaner. It can’t seem to find its dock to charge

After powering on, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to reset Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi icon will illuminate (it flashes during connection and remains lit once connected).
