Charging issue

The unit keeps saying start charging over and over and over, but does not charge. I have cleaned and done everything possible to make sure the connection is good. This issue has happened off and on for the past month.

Same here. I even manually connect to the charging electrodes but sometimes still diesnt charge.

Same here. It just tries to dock over and over again. The dock station is clean. Any solution yet?

Yep. I have the same problem. My device is now down to 2% and won’t operate. I’m working with tech support via email so right now I think their next step is going to tell me to go into “After-sales repair. 🤷🏻‍♀️
