Side brush continuously falls off

I removed the side brush to replace with a new one.  The new one keeps falling off even though the screw is properly torqued. Any suggestions?

did your replacement come with a screw home? Mine did not, but maybe i got the wrong side brush? Its a square hole for the hexagonal post. Regardless, mine also falls off while cleaning
