Gap in pads

Do I need larger mop pads or what? Huge gap in between the pads when mopping.

If it behaves like this only when cleaning along walls, that's a feature, not a bug, called MopExtend. On subsequent passes, it covers the area it missed previously.

My robot does narrower streaks over my 1200 sq ft hard wood floor area

My X50 typically does not go back and mop the missed gap…unless I set it to 2x (then most of the gaps are covered on the perpendicular path).

I have the L40 ultra gen 2, gen 2 meaning it fixed this "bug" or whatever you want to call it to make sure these spots don't get missed, I love this vacuum!
