l40 ultra not moopimg

i just got my l40 ultra ce, and no matter what settings i put it on and how much water is in there, there is never any water on the ground when on a clean cycle and the mop pads aren’t wet. how do i fix this issue?

Another poster indicated that his machine was autosensing his floor as a carpet. Try enabling "Ignore carpets" in settings to see if that helps.
