My Dreame gets lost when trying to return to the doc.  However, it is not all the time. It finds its way to do a job but then gets turned around and goes the opposite way to get back to doc. Due to an operator error I have mapped the main floor twice.  This problem seems to have started after the second mapping. Any ideas?

My dream doesn’t change to the full always %89 any idea why

My machine was working find then all of a sudden it went crazy and wouldn’t charge. After looking at the cleaning tray the 2 magnets balls was sitting in the tray. Can this be replaced if so I don’t see anything online

My Dreame battery died before it went back to home and now I can’t charge it.

Just put the robot back in the charging dock. And you will listen a click when you placed it inside. After 5 minutes it will start charging

Does anyone have any idea about this model. It came without solution bottel. Because their is a space to install it because my other dreame model have this bottel. It missing or what?

Since my robot has a dead battery, how will I know that it’s charging? How long does it take to show that it’s online after placing in the charging dock?

Why doesn’t dreame answer these questions. And where are the FAQs?? I’m having the same issue
