Mop Pads

My right mop pad keeps coming off every time it leaves the dock from washing. I have tried taking it off and cleaning inside where it attaches but it still does it.

Mine too! Just one of them. Always. If not off the dock, it is just a matter of time before it does! Any solutions?

You've probably done this, but I would try swapping out the right and left mop pad holders. Also, when installing mop pad holders, do it manually rather than just placing  them in the dock. FYI, I had a similar problem and eventually had to send the robot back for a fix (didn't take too long).

That second picture seems to show the mop pad (not the holder) falling off, perhaps snagged by the carpet. If that's the case, you could tweak your carpet cleaning settings. If the mop pad holder (s) fall off, you may want to contact support.

Something must be off with the sensors I keep clean because now I have to figure out how to clean dog poop out of it and make it work again. Any suggestions?
