So BUMMED

Only had this guy for 2 months. Bought it specifically ‘cause it was great for pet hair. Worked fine but this past week it just started collecting and dumping huge clumps of my dog’s hair everywhere.

Nothing is blocked. Cleaning bay is empty, rollers are fine, bag is empty/replaced, etc. No clue what’s going on.

Remapped the entire house 3x. Reset the device 3x  as well.

Opened a support chat and “spoke” (texted) with a person. We went through troubleshooting.

Now I have to send the unit in for repairs. And that’s gonna take 2-3 months.

$1700 and this is a BIT disappointing.

I have been through now 3 problem ones with them and Now done
Support is horrible and they don’t respond very good
I am very disappointed with them as well as this X60 max ultra is suppose to be the Best

I had the same issue!

Mine has left the big clumps since day 1 out of box. Now everytime it runs it stops multiple times saying retractable legs are entangled. Have looked and can’t see anything impeding wheels or legs. One leg does not spring in/out as well as other side. I’m very disappointed I. The amount of money this thing costs to have issues after a few months. I unclog hair from it where it doesn’t suck it into the bag a couple of times a week. It doesn’t want to cross rooms that change from linoleum to carpet.
