Docking not working

I recently got dreame ultra x60. It’s ramp wheel seems to be not working, hence the robot cannot dock, the ramp wheel does not retract to it’s original position.

I just came here to find this exact solution. Mine is having a hard time docking too. I have to manually shove it in and make sure the little wheel is pushed in.
I've only had mine for 4 days now.

If you just got it out of the box and it’s doing that then look for a sticker on the side that it goes  into the dock.  Mine was doing the same thing and then I found the factory sticker there that needed to be removed.  Hopefully it’s that simple for you too

LadyA is your docking on carpet

Mine somehow corrected itself. No it wasn't on carpet.  I shoved it in with the wheel depressed. Then had it to mop. And no problems after that.
