Mop operation timed out. Task ended.

When I set my matrix 10 to vacuum and mop, it will vacuum, but when it comes back to the dock to get its mops, it gives the above mentioned error, and stops the task

This is the error:  Mop operation timed out. Task ended.

How do I resolve this?

I don’t Want to mop every day… I I took The mop pads off… Should I put them back on? I’m afraid it will mop again if I do.

How long will it be before I receive my answer to my question about not mopping every day and leaving the pads off
