Purchased the L10s Ultra Gen2 and really like the cleaning and mopping.  Attempting to program for a room and a day to clean that room!

Right now my Dreame X50 Ultra story is sadly turning into a nightmare

I suggest you get some fluent English speakers to sort out the app instructions and help with technical support. Also increase the app instructions. Right now I can not recommend Dreame to anyone as it is so frustrating when it keeps on losing the map and there is NO help

We purchased our L40Ultra for our new house. I must say I was very skeptical as I thought my husband suggested getting this device to get out of cleaning the floors. Our WONSTON has proved med wrong. He has cleaned our floors 3 times and always gets the grime up!
I really do like him.
Now to figure out the app tool! It appears there are so.e glitches jn the software which needs to be addressed.

Purchase Aqua 10 ultra. Was ontop of cleaning it and maintenance religiously. Pathing started having issues... Mopping stopped being able to keep mop wet for the entire room... this was all in 1 MONTH... contacted customer support. Expressed my issue and it took 3 times of me explaining the issue for the support team to correctly understand the issue... they kept wanting to say something was leaking. While trying to fix the issues with support team... my robot and app stopped working completely... message attached... the robot also kept repeating this message. Ended up shipping my unit to Dreame repair center.  I cleaned my unit inside and out, packaged the unit in ALL of its original shipping packaging...Took >2weeks to get the unit back. Robot was free floating in the box able to smash against the base station during shipping. Opened it up and immediately could tell it was not my unit. It was filthy and all the liquid containing parts had fluids in them... i live in northern USA so all the liquid is frozen. Opened the unit up and verified that it was a different serial number. Contacted customer support and they responded "that is the correct unit... we had to change the mother board so we had to change the serial number. But EVERYTHING ELSE IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU SENT IN"... the unit received deffinetly is not the unit i sent in... previous owner did not take care of the unit and it is disgusting... customer service tried to play this off as "Post repair testing"... nope... not buying it... just own the fact that you shipped the wrong unit to the wrong address... all these lies have made me loose any respect for anything Dreame has to say they offered a brand new unit replacment but i am not accepting this... i do not want to invest my >1000 dollars into this company anymore.

I EXTREMELY regret making a purchase from Dreame.

I recently had a Dreame E20 offered to me on the Allstate warranty I purchased for another brand(Wyze) that failed and was replaced twice. I could not be happier with the E20!  The Wyze was not a mopping product. The E20 navigates better, is quieter, and the mopping feature is great! I scanned through the forum and have not found any complaints on the model, though it is a 2024 product. The complaints that I see are on the upper end models. What is interesting is that all of the different brands out there are made by one or two manufacturers in China. Occasionally the Wyze would announce two in one dustbin removed when I pulled the dustbin out. It was not a two in one. Yesterday when in pulled the combo dustbin and mop out, it announced that the Roomba two in one dustbin and mop had been removed, so clearly the E20 is a Roomba. It cracked me up!  Clearly the have trouble suppressing the brand announcements!  The Wyze had a one year warranty and failed twice. The E20 has a 3 year warranty and the offer to buy and extended warranty any time within the 3 year warranty.  If it fails within the three years, I will buy that warranty!  Regardless, after two weeks of operation it is working well. Based on my experience with the Wyze product, I expect it to fail eventually but the warranty coverage is great!
