Received yesterday,  set it up, pretty easy, except the wifi set up took me 15 minutes. The bad about this vac, is it tried mopping my carpet and made them wet, it doesn't comprehend the difference between tile and carpet, so I am mad about that, called the customer service number,  and I guess a tech should be reaching out, another terrible thing is, the battery drains very fast after cleaning 20 minutes, it went down to 9% so that ia frustrating. Any tips on how to separate the floor to carpet?

Our X50 has been solid and extremely efficient when both vacuuming and mopping.   Very pleased with the results after 4 months.
