Robot is not vacuuming

I don’t know why my robot is not vacuuming.  Only mopping.

Same…Check the app.  Mine was set on vacuum only. Not sure why it switched from doing both.  

Same here. Tried on cleangenius and deep cleaning and it moves but doesn’t make any noise. Vacuum is set to Max+ too. L10s pro ultra heat
