I’m sorry it’s not understanding me. You can set it yo go to horizontal or vertical in the settings. If I remember correctly, when you click on the room that is zigzagging I’ll bring up another page and on that page you can send it to whether you want to go vertical or horizontal and that might fix the zigzagging, but I would clean the sensors first
Regarding your problem, we recommend that you do the following:
Slow cleaning speed:
Please confirm whether it is caused by foreign objects stuck in the rear drive or the bottom of the roller brush. Please clean it manually.
