L10 ultra

My dreame tells me constantly there is abnormal water level in washboard.
I have done everything it suggests and it still keeps happening. Any suggestions

Is there water in the washboard? Is there dirty water in the used water tank?

Mine has done the same thing and pulling out the dirty water tank and putting it back in making sure it seats correctly has fixed the issue for me

It did the same thing for me until I pushed the dirty and clean container tanks gently down until I hear some air come out and the rubber attachments somewhat reseal and it empties out properly again.
