Hello. I have the L10s Ultra and it’s not working properly. Since last week, it has been showing several errors. The sensors have been cleaned and some parts were replaced with new ones. Even so, when I select the vacuum and mop function, most of the time it only vacuums. I don’t know what else I can do.

1. **Check Air Outlet**- Confirm if there is air blowing out of the air outlet while the robot is sweeping. If there is airflow, the fan is working normally.
