My newer Dreame is having is having an issue where it seems like debris is getting stuck under the mop feet and since its wet, it dries in place, especially pet hair. The mop keeps lifting up and leaving little piles of whatever all over the floor.
1. Open the app and navigate to "Go to the device > Self-Cleaning Settings > Clean Mop Pad" to wash your mop pads again. Repeat as necessary for better results.
2. For improved cleaning performance, add Dreame's officially-approved cleaning solution.
3. (Except for the W10 series) Remove the mop pad and wash it manually.
