[X40 Master] Leaking during the mop drying

Just got the X 40 master and I’m having some immediate issues right out the gate. It does it standard cleaning just fine, and after the cleaning it comes back to the base station where it goes through a mop pad cleaning cycle. This is where I notice a very slight fan noise which seems to be part of the heat/drying cycle. However it just slowly leaks water for an hour plus. All the hosing to the house look fine.

Any solution?

Hi,

Regarding the water leakage problem you reported, we recommend that you follow the steps below to check:

1. Confirm whether the three-way valve is properly installed. It is recommended that you use a paper towel to place near the three-way valve to detect whether there is any leakage

2. Confirm whether the lock on the water pipe is installed normally. We recommend that you check it and reinstall the lock to observe

3. If there is still water leakage after the inspection, please provide a video of the status of the lock on the water pipe and the three-way valve. Please contact: support.na@dreame.tech

We hope the above information can help you.

This same exact thing has been happening to me. It’s obviously not the 3-way valve or the tubing in the back of the robot.
