[D10 Plus Gen 2] Brand new D10 Plus Gen 2 will not charge.

I just unboxed my D10 Plus Gen 2 and it’s been on the charger for hours and still has not gotta above 2%. The lights on the top are solid orange and I have cleaned both sensors just in case. Any ideas on why that would be? They are properly aligned with the base as well.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.To troubleshoot the issue, please follow these steps:1. Confirm that the charging dock/base station is connected to power. Ensure that both ends of the power cord are correctly plugged in.

2. Check the power indicator: it should flash white while charging and turn solid white when fully charged. Once fully charged, restart the robot and check if it functions properly.
