Mop pad not recogmized

Hi, I bought my robot in November & have loved it. Until this week when it stopped recognizing the mop pads. Is there any solution to this?

Regarding the problem of the mop not being detected, it may be caused by the mop not being installed properly on the cleaning plate. Please reinstall the mop on the cleaning plate or manually install the mop on the robot. See if the problem can be solved.
