[L10s Ultra Gen 2] I can't connect to my app

I brought the machine by my self when I was at china, I connect my device to my router and the blue light is on and have no problem but when I scan the qr code on my vacuum it does not connect with my app it say launch failed and my app is up to date.

What should i do to fixed?

Hi,

Regarding your problem, please try to scan the code to re-configure the network or manually add the device to configure the network. If an exception occurs during the configuration process, you need to provide a complete network configuration screen recording.
