WHY DID MY VACUUM RUN UNSCHEDULED AND RUIN MY THINGS

I have a Dreame L10s Ultra, for the few months that I used it everything seemed to be fine. After the initial home mapping I would use the smartphone app to schedule one time cleanings for certain areas. I ONLY ever set one time cleanings. Never was anything scheduled for the future, or recurring. For the last couple of months I have not used the cleaner; it has been parked into the base station waiting for me to schedule a cleaning. I have not done this because I have moved furniture, and items in the room where it is parked and I didn't want to run a cleaning until I was able to figure out how to remap my home. So yesterday I was working on a hobby project, and where the Dreame base station is plugged in I needed to use the outlet so I unplugged the base station, and plugged in what I needed. This included a raspberry pi, power transfomer, some solid state relay boards and other various related items. Today I was at work and received a notifcation on my phone, "L10s battery low." I thought to myself, ok I unplugged the base station so I guess the vacuum has a low battery now, no big deal. Then about 30 minutes later I get another notification, I don't remember the exact wording but its the message you get when the roller on the bottom of the unit is caught with hair/wires/debris. Now I start to wonder why in the world did this vacuum run anyways, nothing was scheduled; nothing as ever been scheduled. I'm worried so I log into my app in hopes of turning on the camera and seeing whats going on, "device offline." Now I have arrived at home and as I suspected the vacuum is sitting over the project I was working on, power cords are tangled up in the roller, my raspberry pi has the power connector ripped off and destroyed as well as many of the output pins bent and broken. My relay boards are in a similar state; and other wires are tangled/destroyed. So my question; why did this vacuum decide to run by itself and ruin my things? I will repeat that I have never done anything more than do a one time cleaning; nothing has ever been scheduled, and when it ran today I was gone and there is no one else in my home. I'm very frustrated; if I had left these things on the floor and scheduled a cleaning this would be my fault and I'd have myself to blame; but in this case this piece of garbage decided to wake from a 2month slumber and eat my project which i've sunk hard work and money into.

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback,

(1) Your problem may be that the robot has low battery and the robot and the base station are not in contact, so the robot exits the base station and re-docking. In fact, the robot needs to re-docking with the base station.

(2) This problem may be caused by poor contact between the robot and the base station or power failure of the base station. Please confirm whether the base station is powered off, clean the robot charging plate and the base station charging contacts (confirm whether the base station contacts can rebound normally) and observe and use them later.

We regret the bad experience you have brought to you and hope that the above information can help you.

Furthermore, if it is just leaving to try to make better contact; why in the hell is the brush rolling and sucking up cords?

Thanks for the answer. I believe the robot battery was low because I unplugged the base station; I don't think having the robot go driving around just because the battery is low is a good idea
