Regarding your problem, we recommend that you do the following:
(1) Confirm whether the automatic detergent addition switch below is turned on. If not, please turn it on.
(2) Please try to re-plug the detergent box, turn off the power of the base station and restart it to see if it returns to normal. If it is still abnormal and the troubleshooting is ineffective, please contact our after-sales email: (support.na@dreame.tech)
