Dear user,

Here are some tips might be help:
1. **Check and clean the brush**
- **Side Brush**:
- Check if there is any foreign matter entangled in the side brush (such as hair, small items, etc.).
- If there is any debris, clean it with scissors or your hands to ensure that the side brush can rotate normally.
- **Main Brush**:
- Also check if there is any foreign matter entangled in the main brush.
- Remove any entangled material and clean the main brush.

2. **Restart the robot**
- After cleaning, restart the robot. Usually you can restart by long pressing the power button of the robot.
- Restart the task and observe if there is still abnormal sound.

3. **Clean the Mop Pad Holder**
- If the abnormality still exists after restarting, it is recommended to check and clean the mop holder.
- Make sure that there is no foreign matter blocking the mop holder and its connecting parts, and clean any attached dirt or residue, which may also cause noise problems.

4. **Follow-up observation**
- After completing the above steps, continue to observe the use of the robot. If the problem persists, please contact support.na@dreame.tech for further warranty.

We hope above information can help you.

Hi, Please contact support.na@dreame.tech. We hope above information can help.

Hi,

Regarding your question, we recommend that you do the following:

Please manually operate the automatic dust collection to see if the base station collects dust normally. If there is no response, please reinstall the dust bag and restart the base station. If dust collection still fails, please provide a complete operation video and send it to support.na@dreame.tech for relevant support.
