I have found my L50 bin frequently compacted with dog fur. The L50 does not seem to be detecting when the bin is full. Found fur balls all over the carpet this morning and L50 is back at base with the bin compacted with dog fur. Why does it not return to base and empty before the bin becomes compacted?
Whether the dust bag is full is calculated based on the number of dust collection times. If you have pets at home and there is a lot of hair, we recommend that you clean it regularly.
1. Clean the dust bag or dust box

2. Check and clean the pipes
You can use a long and thin brush to gently clean the pipes. Make sure to clean every corner of the pipes.
3. Regular maintenance

Keep it dry: Keep the inside of the base station dry to avoid accidental moisture that makes the garbage more difficult to clean.

The machine will automatically empty when it returns to the base station. This may be because the dust box on the robot has not been cleaned for a long time, causing garbage to accumulate in the dust box. When the base station auto-empties, the garbage cannot be collected. The robot's dust box needs regular maintenance and cleaning, 1-2 times a week, to avoid garbage blockage.
