Servers are down just chill

The servers are just down it happens to a lot of companies just take a chill pill and wait.   Crazy some are talking about returning there products over server issues. This isnt a offical statement im just a consumer like everyone else

It will be a pain to remap the house if it's that bad and deletes the profile. I just got mine yesterday aswell but tbh it was kinda fun

It would be nice for them to announce that it is a server issue to save us time from trying to troubleshoot everything.

I'm gonna make another post it was my hunch it was server issues. I now think it was a bad app update but a (fix) go into your messages and click on. Your "clean complete " msg and it should take you to your robot

The company should announce such incidents so the customers are aware and not waste time to troubleshoot. The device is useless without proper app support.
